• The manufacturer used "false and misleading techniques" to conceal potential withdrawal symptoms

It was the second Paxil lawsuit filed that month, and came on the heels of an $8 million jury award in Wyoming after a man committed murder-suicide as a result of using Paxil, according to court findings.
